Is the setup of 1440p 32" triple screens enough for 2025?
Hi friends, I have just started sim racing few weeks ago on both console (PS5 and Xbox SX) and feels that I need to take a bit deeper into this hobby. I feels that triple-screen setup is my dream rig so I am planning to move to PC within this year (maybe at the end of the year after I have learnt things from games on the consoles).
My current PC setup that I have been using for other normal things are at below.
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
- GPU: MSI RTX 2060 Gaming Z 6G (comes with 3 ports of DP1.4a)
- RAM: 32 GB
Stepping into the rabbit hole, there are many things I still have questions. These are some of them.
I am wondering if my current PC is already enough for any solution in triple screens or not. My final target (for now) is that to run racing games (ACC/ACE and iRacing) with 1440p 32" triple screens with smooth FPS (more than 120Hz or at most 144Hz).
Is the 1440p 32" triple screens really enough for 2025? Or, maybe I need to move to 4k instead (ofcourse requies a huge upgrade on my PC which is my last choice)
What about 1080p 32" triple screens? Or, maybe 27"?
Any other solutions that meet my current PC specs are also welcome. Thank you in advance.
