What is the best sim racing game to buy?

Hi

I play now on assetto corsa but the game is old and doesn't have good leagues anymore also a lot of bugs.

I want to grow in sim racing and play in a lot of good leagues. The f1 car I like the most to drive with but isn't nessesary.

So what do you think what sim racing game is the most worth it to buy? I have subscribtion based games like Iracing and games where you still need to buy all the cars.
