Finding clean racing lobbies?!

Hi
I've recently finished building my rig and started grinding some ACC. Everything worked perfectly until i joined the first Multiplayer lobbies.
Best word to describe them is a warzone.

There's not a SINGLE Qualifying or Race where you can drive normally, race others fairly, let alone FINISH a race.

Prime example Monza T1:
You either get straightlined with full speed OR swiped off the track before you even reach the corner. All that for no reason. Going for overtakes is an absolute no-go because I KNOW you will get killed.
People are waiting at the end of the pitlane to wreck you or slow down by like 30 seconds to wait for another victim.

Everytime there's someone around me i'm SO cautious and leave them space. In return i get my car wrecked.

Also i'm wondering how you're supposed to get your safety rating thing up because YOU get minus for OTHERS taking you out. Shit's just unfair.

I've just spent a huge amount of money to build my rig and have fun playing, improving my own race and having good races against others.
There have to be some kind of groups or discord servers whatever with good people you can connect with.
If there are i'd be grateful if anyone could help me out <3

This doesn't only apply to Assetto Corsa. I'm currently trying out all kinds of sim racing games. step by step.
