I’m annoyed that my balaclava gets wet and cold by my mouth. Give me a gear rec plz

As described - a couple of cold days on the east coast and my balaclava keeps me warm for the first 30 mins and then the part covering my mouth gets predictably moist and then very very cold. After lunch I may as well be strapping an ice pack to my mouth.

Does anyone have a rec for a similar head covering that stays keeps you warm but tends to stay warm/dry throughout the day?

For reference I have a pretty standard blackstrap hooded balaclava at the moment.
