Anyone ever get the desire to do something different than what tbey usually do?

Like im doing a new save, and I was going to go for vampire lord as I usually do, but then I rralized that I hardly if ever go werewolf, and ive never gone dawnguard. So I decided to try smth different, anyone else feel this way before?
