Ragged Flagon Traders
After all these years of playing I still don’t understand why the vendors that inhabit the alcoves in the Ragged Flagon won’t buy stolen goods unless you have the speech perk. They are literally setting up shop in the sewers right outside the Thieves Guild headquarters… yet won’t buy stolen goods.
