Got a weird glitch on the solstheim map.

So from what I’ve seen I can’t really upload a picture to help visualize my problem. But on my solstheim map, I have buildings and mountains, but the landscape itself is for some reason gone and it’s just the blue void of the ocean. It happened recently after I did some troubleshooting to fix fps drops. However, I didn’t download any mods that should be able to do this (at least I don’t think I did). I tried looking it up to see if anyone posted about the problem but couldn’t find anything.
