[task] Google Ads and Paid Social Media Manager Wanted (Part-Time)
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Paid Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with impeccable English skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage and optimise multiple advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimising ads for Google Ads (including YouTube Videos), LinkedIn, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. You will initially help manage three Google Ads accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Creation and Management:
• Build and manage advertising campaigns from scratch across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
• Create compelling ad creatives using Canva.
• Ensure campaigns are optimised for performance and aligned with business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate detailed reports using Google Ads and GA4.
• Conduct full research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Produce weekly optimisation reports to highlight performance and recommend improvements.
• Create dashboards within Looker Studio for data visualisation and reporting.
- Design and Creativity:
• Develop visually appealing ads with a good eye for design.
• Use Canva to create high-quality ad visuals and videos.
- Performance Optimisation:
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to maximise ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Daily Updates:
• Provide a short daily progress update.
• Adjust working hours based on work demands, averaging 1 hour per day to start and scope for more with fantastic performance.
Required Skills and Experience
• Language Skills: Impeccable English proficiency.
• Digital Advertising: Extensive experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and TikTok. You must use Google Ads Manager.
• Design Skills: Proficient in using Canva to create ad creatives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Skilled in generating reports in Google Ads and GA4.
• Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough research and competitor analysis.
• Performance Optimisation: Experience in producing weekly optimisation reports.
• Data Visualisation: Knowledge of creating dashboards within Looker Studio.

Compensation
• Hourly Rate: Candidates should state their hourly rate when applying.
• Payment: Paid weekly on Fridays via Wise or PayPal.
Working Hours and Location
• Remote Work: This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world but some of that time should be 9am - 5 pm UK time.
• Availability: Average of 1 hour per day, with flexibility for more hours as work demands.
• Tools: Must have Slack and a VPN that can be set to the UK. Must have and know how to use LastPass
