Teething comes right after fully sleep trained :(

My ST 5 month old (Ferber 3-5-10) has been sleeping great. Just with earlier wake ups than I would like but other than that no complaints. A few days ago I noticed he had a bottom tooth poking through but didn’t seem like it was bothering him at all. Now a few days later it’s definitely bothering him and he’s waking up every 30 mins. I barley slept last night. He was in the snoo from birth to 4 months and takes his first nap of the day in it still as he’s a short napper and it allows me to get some stuff done. Would I be totally insane to put him back in the snoo tonight if the continuous wake ups are happening again?
