Does anyone use a call service like Google Voice or Sideline?

I am currently in the process of scaling my business, and I've decided it's time to get an official business phone number. At first I was considering Buying a second phone, but then I learned about apps like Google voice or sideline. The main features I'm interested in are:

  1. Having a separate phone number
  2. Ability to set business hours and send auto relies after hours
  3. Helping filter scam calls
  4. Keeping all business related communication in a separate app.

So it looks like Sideline is around $15 per month while google voice is $30 per month. Has anyone used sideline or another service that offers these features And if so, do you mind sharing your experience? My biggest fear is dropped calls or not knowing when someone calls.
