Where do you find help for craft shows?

I'm an older single woman who doesn't have family or friends interested in spending their weekend sitting in a 10 x 10 tent talking to customers. While I've done craft shows solo before, it's super stressful to leave the booth to take bathroom breaks, and multiple customers have wandered off because I was helping someone else.

How do others find help for these kind of events? What kind of interview process do you go through to vet those who are interested?
