2nd time smoking turkey

15lb turkey brined overnight. cooked for about 6.5~ hours at 225

Came out great. I thought I needed another hour but it looked great when I checked around the 6 hour mark so I temp checked it and it was at about 175 - 180 so I immediately pulled it, let it rest for another hour, it’s a little on the dry side but not bad! Strong mesquite flavor.

Overall I’m pretty happy with how it turned out :)
