Excited to solo travel for the first time!
Hey guys! I’ve been lurking in this sub for a few months now. Recently, I got out of a six year relationship. About a week ago, I got an email from the school I would be attending about them changing the enrollment date and the fees. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend this upcoming semester like I had planned.
Instead of being upset over the situation, I’ve decided to make the best of it. I booked a one way flight to London today for March 2019. I have absolutely nothing planned other than my flight there and it’s kind of scary, but also very exciting. I’ve traveled alone before in the US, but never for more than a few days at once. I’m going to try to travel Europe (both Eastern and Western) for two/three months and my budget will be around $6000. Is this realistic or am I just daydreaming about it? Any tips or opinions will be appreciated.
