How much better are the wh1000xm3 than the Bose QC 20 ii really?

I potentially have the opportunity of buying the Bose QC ii for a pretty cheap price (in my country). About 150$ compared to the wh1000xm3 at 250$, but the thing is I'm not sure I should do it.

Im specifically looking for headphones with very good active noise cancelling, and the sonys are the best ones on the market right now, but how much better are they than the Bose? Would the Bose be sufficient? Or should I take the leap for the Sony's even though they're about a hundred dollars more?
