Help with my 12 year old son

Hello My son is 12 he has ADHD ,anxiety and he has a EIP plan. He does take medication. For the most part he is ok , but this week I been getting calls from the sped teacher that is having behavior issues, like not sitting still , being all over the place , playing instead of doing work and not listening. yesterday the science teacher moved him to another classroom because he was playing "rock paper scissors " and not doing his work . His grades are ok he is a C+ student , and I think is ok for him. What can I do to support him we talked this morning and told him to pay attention and if he needs help he should ask , anyway I got a text from the sped teacher this morning and he wants to "talk " today about it. Any suggestions? What can I do? Any support I can ask the school?
