Can a candidate graduating in June appear for the SSC exam if it is conducted in June or July?

I am currently in the 4th year of my B.Tech program (4th year, 2nd semester), and I will graduate in June. Can I apply for the SSC exam? The SSC management gives an educational cutoff date each year (last year, it was August 1). What could the cutoff date be this year?
