Can't jump can anyone help?

I was playing and all of a sudden after selling a bunch of stuff that was weighing me down I realized despite no longer being over weight jumping took 2 whole bars of stamina to do so i saved and reloaded and now i cant jump at all even if at full stamina. Has anyone else experienced this and/or know any way to fix it?

edit: Its the weird bolt it looks like. When I unequip it I can jump again and stamina works normally
