STALKER 2 save deleted.

So I played stalker 2 on steam, and had 65 hours on veteran, but deleted the stalker2 folder in Appdata/Local/ while trying fix the game not launching. All of my progress is gone, and steam cloud didn't save anything. Am I retarded?
