Stalker 2 Wishful Thinking Gamebreaking Bug

I am currently on the Wishful Thinking mission, after making a wish at the Monolith and killing the Ward soldiers, I am unable to progress since the Colonel does not spawn next to Dalin. Dalin is also bugged as well and has dialogue that is clearly not his. I have tried restarting the mission, and even going back before I even reached SIRCAA. This is incredibly frustrating because I just want to continue to play the game and it seems there is no way around this, and setting me back a lot of time. I don't want to install any mods that may disable achievements as well.

Is anyone else having the same issue as me?
