Why do STATS/DS MS over ICME MS (vice versa)

For those in STATS/DS MS and ICME, why did you choose that program over the counterpart. Is there a potential advantage to choosing 1 or the other for admissions (like easier to get in?), course work (type of courses/profs?), and job opportunities?
