Looks at the sticker. "The lattes don't come with flavor ma'am... unless you specified otherwise."

"I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato for [her name]."

Looks at the sticker to see a different name and different drink. "I think you may have picked up the wrong beverage ma'am..."

We have the little name sections and always have the customer names shown towards them in our consolidation section... yet stuff like this never fail to amaze me (I was on Café/Mobile bar.)
