Is iced sugar cookie oat latte supposed to come with cold foam?

As the title says. Ordered in the mobile app - picture and what’s included do not show cold foam. Third picture is the drink I received. I asked to remake it without cold foam and I didn’t think it was supposed to come with the drink and the barista started to fight with me and told me that’s the way it comes.
