F7c mkII

Unfortunately due to a busy schedule, I won’t be able to do the overdrive missions at all before they expire. Would the f7c mkII still be worth acquiring without the upgrade? Reshuffling my small fleet and looking for a dedicated fighter for bounties. Thanks!
