Dream Station Cargo Elevators split into detection zones?

Anyone else have this issue of not being able to select cargo from outside the cargo elevators? I found this on CRU-L1 Ambitious Dream Station, large personal hanger, elevator near the hanger ship exit. I did create a issue council report and would appreciate any support getting this noticed by the dev team.

It's made running hauling missions in the Crusader region and CRU L1, L4 and L5 rather challenging when your trying to do this quickly to make this efficient.
