If you could eat it, what Star Trek delicacy would you try?

I'd HONESTLY like to try Gagh, everyone who likes on the show just seems so satisfied by eating it, only reason I'd be apprehensive to it is realistically live worms have TONS of bacteria....but dear Koala would I want to try.
