First timer Reverse Sear Chuck Roast.
Was looking to buy Ribeyes for me and my dad but they had a some Chuck Roasts on sale. Decided to do a reverse sear for the first time and almost got it perfect imo.
40 mins @ 275 Aimed for 120F before searing but ended up hitting 137F. Seared for 1 minute each side and rested again till sides were done. 🥳
