No sound on Arctis Nova 5 Wireless right ear

Today I got a new pair of the Arctis Nova 5 Wireless and no sound comes out of the right side. I have tried it on my PC through wireless connection, checked windows R-L sound balance, installed sonar and tried diferent settings, updated firmware and still no bueno. Also tried it on my phone through bluetooth and the same issue persists.

Is there anything else I can try or did they really send me a faulty product?
