Is sterilization covered under the Marketplace plan?

I recently lost Medicaid, but my income is low enough to qualify for the Marketplace plan. I called their official number, and apparently every plan is compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Does this mean for Marketplace plan, that at least one sterilization procedure would be completely free of charge?
