Coverage

I was quoted $2,400 for a bisalp, $400 from the gyno and $2,000 from the hospital. I have Molina Marketplace (ACA compliant) and was under the impression that I wouldn't have to pay anything. I would like to get the procedure done ASAP. Should I try to get the 100% coverage done pre procedure or after? What should I say/ask? Thank you in advance.
