Day 69 NOICE

Always laughed at people only getting 69 days….now I get it now that I’ve finally reached it. Funny I could never reach it, but laughed at others accomplishments because that’s the piece of shit alcohol made me. Well in 69 days shits has hit the fan and things have gone great all without alcohol being the outlet, stopping drinking has been for the best I continue to work on it…. Fuck the bottle go for a run or sit on the fucking couch it doesn’t matter just keep not drinking from the bottle. Anyway cheers with an ice cold water after a 9 mile run things get better and drinking won’t make em better. IWNDWYT or any other fucking day!!!
