Can’t list my ticket

I’ve bought an eras tour ticket for Paris night 1 yesterday then managed to buy a ticket first hand from Ticketmaster this morning. I spent about an hour yesterday talking to customer service cause I was having anxiety and the guy was super nice and guaranteed me I would be okay and could always relist my ticket. I’ve been trying to do it for over an hour now but my listing won’t go through. Customer support says it’s because I’m less than 48h from the beginning of the show.. that has never ever been mentioned in my lengthy chats with them before hand. I’ve been ghosted by 2 customer support people so far, they just flat out stop answering to me, and one of them told me I should just give it to a friend … I don’t want to sell the ticket outside of stubhub cause I’m afraid the ticket isn’t legit and I don’t want to scam anyone in case the ticket doesn’t work… Also I keep asking them to guarantee that I won’t have any issue if the ticket doesn’t work. I was told yesterday i would be protected but today they just flat out ignore the question.. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
