Adult fantasy

I'm looking for a good fantasy novel for adults, with romance. I've been reading a lot of YA fantasy lately and I don't think I have ever read an adult fantasy yet (I'm 27 years old). Think I enjoy in books are obviously plot twists, hero stories, kingdom like settings.

Books I've read and enjoyed, harry potter, the hunger games, the red queen, shadow and bone. I love these all, just looking for something more adult with the romance, but not pure smut.
