Does anyone know what I’m supposed to do here?

It’s just like this every time I try to do a sumikko search. I tried google lens and so far it hasn’t given me any clues as to what I’m supposed to do. I tried using the cover, doing other things (minigames, walks, passing time in general to try and see if the search was limited to x times a day) and nothing has worked :( I’ve been stuck like this for 3+ days now
