Swytch Go Quick Lock mount delayed to "late November / early Decmeber"

Just putting this out there to save you the pain of waiting 8 days to get this response from their support team.

Was originally due to arrive in August, 2 months after my kit. Got an email in July saying it was delayed until September.

September came and went so I sent a ticket on the 24th September checking to see if it was delayed again. No response for 8 days so left a 2* Trustpilot review, which magically triggered a response from support informing me:

We apologise for the extended waiting time when it comes to delivering the kit and our replies.

This is the peak period for us so we may take longer to respond. Also, each email you send puts you at the back of our queue.

The quick lock mount is going to be available in late November/early December. It will be automatically delivered to the same address you had for the full kit. We can now share the manual with you: https://www.swytchbike.com/help/manuals/quick-lock-mount/

Interesting that September / October is their "peak period". I'd have imagined the run up to Summer was their peak period, but there you go.
