Using a MIDI keyboard live

I have a novation launchkey 49 MK2 and I use ableton as my primary DAW, I am in my college band and we are supposed to perform live in a few days, is using my MIDI keyboard a feasable option? since i dont have another keyboard to play live, I was worried about things like latency etc which would make it much more difficult to play live
