Experiences with Infosys

Hi y'all,

I'm an employee at an IT company that has several big automotive customers. For one of them, I have to deal with Infosys as a Datacenter Service Provider in my role as an external Consultant for Operations Planning. My experience with them has been mentally and physically exhausting to say the least. Anything from them actually not knowing what the frick they're doing to unfinished Service Management processes all the way to straight up blatant unprofessional behaviour (e.g. sending out links to random WordPress blogs to answer specific questions in regards to their own infrastructure setup).
