Value box states it comes with chalupa supreme yet not on receipt or in order?

Recently placed an order in the mobile app for a value box. App states that it comes with a chalupa supreme, beef crunchy taco, beef burrito, etc. However when I got home there was no chalupa in the bag and I noticed it was not listed on the receipt. Has anyone experienced this before? Included a photo below that shows what I ordered on the app and then the paper / app receipt. For context I’m located in Canada. Thanks!
