ARC renewal

Hi, question regarding ARC renewal.

The expiration date is April 1st, 2025. The guidelines on the MOFA website recommend to allow for 10 working days.

How long before do you normally go for renewal? And also, is travelling abroad and coming back to Taiwan problematic if the ARC is close to expire?
