Royal Air from Taipei to Caticlan (Boracay) experience anyone?

Wondering if anyone has flown Royal Air to Caticlan from Taipei? Would love to know your experience. The flight would be super convenient for me (time), but it looks pretty risky in terms of how frequently they cancel their flights... (at least from what I read online)
