Cracked my faceplate ):

I just got this new sanrio faceplate so had to get the plastic cover off but I have Narcolepsy and halfway through trying, I had a sleep attack and accidentally scratched the whole plastic faceplate. I’m so sad because it wasn’t even my fault which makes it worse for me…

Does anyone know if I can get a replacement in the UK? ): I’m a perfectionist and so angry especially because I also got a cute my melody case for it to go into but now all I can focus on is this…
