Help me decide between offers?

For context: I'm 27, I work to travel because it's my passion but I'm also desperate to become an AE😅 My biggest priorities in my next role are flexibility around travel and WLB + solid BDR promotion path w. history of internal AE promos.

Company 1: $83.5k OTE, newly formed team in existing segment with newly promoted SDR manager. According to manager about 60% of her team hit quota last month. Repvue says 32% attainment for the entire org. Lots of internal promos apparent on LI. I'm a huge advocate of the product as it's a sales/marketing enablement tool I've used at multiple orgs. The company has a strong work-from-anywhere culture with both of my possible managers living the digital nomad lifestyle right now in SouthAm and Europe.

Company 2: $90.3k OTE, product in my industry of choice, very well respected for SMB/MM BUT I'd be on the ENT team which has HORRIFYING cx reviews anywhere you look slamming the ENT pricing model and sales strategy. Despite this, they still seem to be promoting BDRs and the one I spoke with is exceeding quota. No repvue data. Still remote but definitely not as flexible when it comes to travel. Biggest strength is that the managers are clearly killer sales experts and were by far the most well-versed and polished I've interviewed with in years. Left a strong lasting impression on me. We also just vibed well and ik I'd like working for them.

Both companies are growth stage, both had layoffs over the past few years, both require 100% attainment >1+ year for AE promo. I'm just having a hard time choosing between an awesome work/life setup where I can literally visit all my dream destinations while selling a product I love using and know already or a company with a strong industry reputation and amazing internal coaching and growth opportunities.

Whatcha think? I have until EOD and this decision has been really hard for me.
