Had GPU Artifacts for like 30 seconds

So i just booted up my PC and noticed that there where like 1cm big gray squares on my monitor showing up whenever i did Things.

Probably what you guys would call "GPU Artifacting"

Never had this till today, also nothing special did happen from yesterdays shutdown to todays start up.

My PC then did reloaded the GPU ( i assume it did, because i didnt prompted it to, but the screen turned black and then started back up) and the artifacting is completly gone.

Even now after pc restarting theres no artifacts. I did heavens benchmark on extreme presets and still no artifacts.

Im kinda worried that my GPU is about to die or something.

How can i check on that? Or do things Like that just happen? Is there any chance that some updates that started automatically did this?

Kinda scared atm.
