GPU Artifacting, am i safe?

Hello!

So today i had something new occur to me. as i booted up my PC, my GPU was artifacting. atleast i think thats what happened. My Screen showed Gray Squares randomly if i for example pulled up my windows start menu.

That lasted for like 30-60 Seconds, didnt count. then my Screen went black (probably the driver reloading itself?) and came back to life within 5 seconds or so, the artifacting is now gone.

Since then, no Artifacting anymore. I did several Benchmarks since then + a little bit of Gaming (only League of legends) and until no, there was no more artifacting.

The Benchmarks i used for this were:

3dmark (demo)
Unigine Superposition (demo)
Heavens Benchmark

Im Kinda afraid of using Furmark, since i heard Furmark could damage my Hardware.
So now i am kinda in the Dark here.. is my GPU about to die? was this just a Hiccup?

I still have Warranty on my GPU, but dont know if i voided it because i repasted it.
I had to repaste it because it was running on Temps above 100°C on the hotspot, and GPU itself was like 80-85°C. as this was simply to high for me and i didnt wanna risk anything, i repasted it and successfully brought the Temperatures down to 63°C on the GPU and 80-83°C on the Hotspot under Full Utilization.

This was like almost 2 Months ago. This is the first time my GPU did artifacting.

My PC Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600 (no OC)
Nvidia RTX 3060TI (Asus Tuf, no OC)
32 GB Ram
850Watt PSU
SSD 500GB
ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0

Is there any way i can check if my GPU is about to die? do i just roll with it?
I will call ASUS tomorrow and ask them about my warranty just to check if its still an option, but i would prefer if my GPU was just fine.
