Screen not adjusting to fit TV?

Im trying to play my ps4 but i cant see the edges of the screen, it just doesnt fit into my tv. And yes, I have tried changing the aspect ratio and when i change it to the smallest one the edges are still cut off. Changing the screen adjustment on the PS4 settings doesnt work either. id my tv just f*cked or is there any way to fix this?
