PC soft crashes (usually when gaming), getting unbearable

My PC soft crashes usually when gaming, but sometimes when just watching youtube or downloading something. It has been doing this since I got it 2 years ago, but now it's been happening more and more to the point that I can't play for more than 15 minutes. The event viewer is full of warnings and errors, but the one I BELIEVE is causing the crash is this: SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for Local system via https://AMD-KeyId-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net/templates/Aik/scep failed:

I have seen this posted on reddit but there does not seem to be a fix, or at least any that works for me. When the crash happens, my game will freeze. I can alt-tab and change windows, but all the programs will be unresponsive. I can open task manager but it will freeze and not show any open programs. I can't shut it down by right clicking the windows key, so I have to hold down the power button.

My specs are - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC, 16 gigs DDR4, GSkill trident Z RGB (3200MHz I believe), Gigabyte RTX 3070, 8 GB DDR6

Windows version 23H2

I have also updated my bios and chipset to no avail

Any help or ideas are appreciated. Thanks and happy new year.
