Internship opportunity finally here.

I feel embarrassed to admit I’ve been trying to get my foot through the tech industry door for about two years now and I’m just barely getting there but with that said….

Im interning this summer as an Intern Support Technician!!! I’m so excited and grateful to finally have an opportunity/chance to apply my skills and hopefully gain experience/skills.

If anyone has any advice for this position- what do I need to know/study up on before my first day etc.- I was told I would be trained for 2 weeks but I’m impatient and would rather prepare myself now. I would also like to hear anyone else who has experience as a support technician and how it’s going now, where you are or how far you’ve come in that position or in the Technology industry in general. :D
