my little brother cuts himself

Hello friends, I came here today to get help with something. I have a 14 year old brother and I really love him. I always give him attention but he hurts himself. I don't understand why he did this. I started to wonder if I was a bad brother. My little brother usually cuts himself when he is upset or when his friend stops talking to him. Sometimes I get suspicious about the music he listens to, because even the names of the music are "Su!c!de, Razor Cutz 4 you, Graveyard, i feel like killing myself but i can't, murder fantasy, i'm worthless". Could it be that he was influenced by these music? please help because I don't want my brother to cut himself anymore.
