My online friend from The Uk blocked me recently. What do I do?

So recently (4 months ago) I added a guy from England and we got along very well. We texted lots of times a day but I recently started texting him less. He said he wasn’t offended but I could tell he was hurt. I left him on delivered for like 5 days and he blocked me. I miss him and feel bad for not texting him for a while and I don’t know why I did it.

But I want him back so bad (he promised me he would never block me as well). Should I text him on a new account? Idk what to do to get him back but I hope he misses me as well. Anyone in the same situation?
