Facing death as a teen

Im a Ukrainian teenager, i wanted to share my story that happened recently (to ensure my safety I wont provide much details). So basically it was an ordinary day, except russian bombing stopped for a week or so. I went to sleep not expecting anything special (Im used to waking up by the sound of explosions). I was casually sleeping, when I woke up immediately after a large explosion. This one was bigger than anything i’ve heard in past fee months. I was paralysed by shock, I couldn’t move. The explosions were getting closer and more often. I was still in my bed. At that moment I thought that was it, now im going to die and its all over for me. Luckily my family helped me get to safety, where I got relieved, but I will never ever forget that feeling.
