Keep despite damage?

This my new girl I just got I had asked about before.

There’s a few bums here and there so I got like 25% off.

I don’t care about damage, but on this point could I sand it so there no paint edges?

Also, there’s a small crack on the back of the neck and you can feel it but just slightly unsure if that’s just finish?

I still have to change strings and test her well.
